We are a zero-waste refill service. We will get your preferred brands to your doorstep without single-use plastic packaging.

3. What happens once I place an order?

We usually fulfil deliveries within 48 hours of your order. You will be informed before the delivery to keep your bottles ready. We will then be at your doorstep to refill it through our refill vehicle (truck/bike). Customers can also schedule deliveries at their convenience on WhatsApp.

4. Can I request a product that is not listed on your website?

Yes, you can. We are always looking to expand our product offerings. You can reach out to us through WhatsApp or email to request a product.

5. How do you ensure the quality of your products?

We source our products directly from the brands and ensure that they meet our strict quality standards. We also conduct regular quality checks to ensure that our products meet the highest standards.

6. What happens if I am not satisfied with a product?

We have a satisfaction guarantee policy. If you are not satisfied with a product, you can reach out to us and we will replace it or refund your money.
